Engineer the Irreplaceable — Why This Idea Matters So Much to Me
|
Time is the enemy of engineering. For too long, engineers have been held back by complex tools, rigid processes, and mounting pressure to innovate faster.
BUT you weren’t made to settle. You were made to Engineer the Irreplaceable.
Imagine thousands of engineering decisions effortlessly explored in seconds to help you achieve previously unattainable levels of product quality, sustainability, and profitability.
No more guesswork. No more waiting.
It’s time to stop innovating in the dark.
We’re on a bold mission to switch time from an enemy to an advantage for innovators like you who strive for engineering perfection.

Coming Soon: Process Plan Integration in CoreFace!
We’re excited to announce a major upcoming enhancement in CoreFace: the ability to transfer manufacturing Process Plans directly from PTC Windchill to your ERP system. With this new feature, CoreFace will enable you to synchronize detailed process plans including work instructions, operations, work centers, skills and tooling across your PLM and ERP landscapes.
Why is this important for you?
Consistency in manufacturing processes: Ensure that operations defined in PLM are mirrored precisely in ERP, avoiding deviations on the shop floor.
Accelerated production readiness: Allow Engineering and Manufacurting teams to work together earlier in the development cycle by creating Bill of Process data in PLM and synchronize to ERP in tandem with the BOM, reducing lead times for production planning.
Improved change management: Updates to process plans in Windchill can be traced and potential impacts used to make conscientious decisions, maintaining alignment throughout the organization.
Reduced manual effort: Eliminate duplicate entry of complex routing and operation data, saving time and minimizing human error.
Stronger collaboration between engineering and production: Build a seamless bridge from digital product design to execution on the shop floor.
This marks a major step forward in connecting PLM and SAP, helping manufacturers work smarter and faster.
Stay tuned—more details coming soon!
